第十四屆中國（合肥）國際園林(lín)博覽會選址于廢棄的(de)合肥駱崗機場(chǎng)。規劃用(yòng)地面積323公頃，場(chǎng)地内遺留下(xià)148棟建築，如何更新利用(yòng)是其中最重要的(de)難題，尤其是場(chǎng)地内有許多(duō)零散的(de)單層、多(duō)層建築。
在總體規劃中，我們提出“展園一體”的(de)指導思想，将現有建築之間的(de)空地作爲展園，将建築改造成展會期間的(de)室内展館，會後成爲獨立商業運營單元，同時(shí)管理(lǐ)展園。實現園博會時(shí)以“園”帶“展”，園博會後以“商”管“園”。在城(chéng)市更新中，既激活了(le)既有建築的(de)物(wù)産價值，又延續了(le)園博會的(de)遺産。
航站樓作爲駱崗機場(chǎng)最大(dà)的(de)建築，拟改造成園博會的(de)主場(chǎng)館。該航站樓最早在1977年運營，先後于1996、2002和(hé)2008年擴建。長(cháng)度約210米，寬度約80米。
設計策略：
曆史建築的(de)保護與發展策略。辨析建築的(de)價值，理(lǐ)性界定保護與改造利用(yòng)的(de)範圍。将1977年航站樓和(hé)飛(fēi)控塔做(zuò)相對(duì)完整的(de)保留。在外部形态與内部空間上均能感受到其曆史韻味。
花園城(chéng)市的(de)主題性表達。不同時(shí)期擴建導緻建築屋面高(gāo)地錯落，設計順應這(zhè)些建築特征，以台地花園承載園博精神。
空間具有寬容性，能适應會後利用(yòng)的(de)不斷變化(huà)的(de)使用(yòng)需求。
低造價策略，盡量利用(yòng)原有空間，重新組織功能與流線。
The 14th China (Hefei) International Garden Expo is located at the abandoned Hefei Luogang Airport. The planned land area is 323 hectares, and there are 148 buildings left on the site. How to renew and utilize them is the most important problem, especially there are many scattered low-rise buildings on the site.
In the master plan, we put forward the guiding ideology of "integration of exhibition and garden as one", use the open space between the existing buildings as the exhibition garden, transform the building into an indoor exhibition space during the exhibition, and become an independent commercial unit after the exhibition, and then maintaining the garden. It is hoped that the "building & garden" will lead the exhibition during the Expo, and the garden will be managed by business after the Expo. In urban renewal, it not only activates the property value of existing buildings, but also continues the legacy of the Garden Expo.
As the largest building in Luogang Airport, the terminal building is planned to be transformed into the main venue of the Expo. The terminal first opened in 1977 and was expanded in 1996, 2002 and 2008. The length is about 210 meters and the width is about 80 meters.
Design Strategy:
Discriminate and analyze the value of historic buildings, and rationally define the scope of protection and renovation. The 1977 terminal building and flight control tower will be kept relatively intact. Its historical charm can be felt in both external form and internal space.
Expansion in different periods resulted in different heights on the roof. The design complies with these architectural features and puts terraced gardens to carry the spirit of garden Expo.
The interior spaces must be compatible and adaptable to changing usage needs after the Expo.
Reorganized functions and circulations to make full use of the original space as much as possible.
