牡丹園裏尋牡丹

設計說明(míng)
牡丹園社區(qū)位于城(chéng)市居住密集區(qū),周邊有5個(gè)社區(qū)環繞。用(yòng)地紅線範圍位于牡丹園北(běi)裏1、2号樓之間,面積約4290㎡。小區(qū)建成于上個(gè)世紀90年代。社區(qū)機動車停車的(de)矛盾,導緻社區(qū)公共空間及公共環境被嚴重擠壓,社區(qū)服務和(hé)社區(qū)治理(lǐ)無空間展開,居民安全存在隐患,社區(qū)空間已嚴重不能滿足居民現代生活的(de)要求,社會矛盾因空間的(de)争奪而日益激化(huà)。
設計策略:
1、解決停車困境,還(hái)空間于民。
以見縫插針式的(de)地下(xià)停車,輔路停車等多(duō)種手段,完成了(le)機動車入地的(de)核心問題。可(kě)完成社區(qū)80%的(de)居民每戶1輛的(de)停車需求。
2、疏通(tōng)社區(qū)交通(tōng),保障居民安全。
整治修複1、2樓間的(de)環形消防車道,打通(tōng)與北(běi)側都景苑社區(qū)的(de)消防通(tōng)道聯系,爲未來(lái)社區(qū)逐漸融合提供可(kě)能性。人(rén)行廊橋系統的(de)建立。
利用(yòng)原社區(qū)間的(de)圍牆,以不增量,不擾民爲原則,設立了(le)一條獨柱架空人(rén)行廊橋,南(nán)北(běi)向聯通(tōng)小關西後街(jiē)商業服務,打破社區(qū)割裂帶來(lái)的(de)不便。爲整個(gè)牡丹園社區(qū)居民服務。還(hái)社區(qū)地面環境的(de)安定性,創造可(kě)停留的(de)社區(qū)空間。利用(yòng)社區(qū)組團隔閡的(de)邊界,建立廊橋的(de)同時(shí),提供可(kě)利用(yòng)的(de)灰空間區(qū)域。
3、重建社區(qū)花園系統,還(hái)居民綠色家園。
社區(qū)花園系統的(de)設計,由地上集中綠植的(de)林(lín)下(xià)中心花園,樓間下(xià)沉台地花園,周邊相互聯通(tōng)的(de)線性花園,以及利用(yòng)隔閡社區(qū)的(de)圍牆做(zuò)成立體綠化(huà),形成立體的(de)綠化(huà)層次,爲居民提供豐富多(duō)樣的(de)活動和(hé)停留空間。
4、激活空置空間,爲社區(qū)服務,發揮物(wù)産價值。
下(xià)沉庭院的(de)設計,激活住宅地下(xià)空間的(de)使用(yòng)便捷性;同時(shí)提供具有獨特場(chǎng)所記憶的(de)下(xià)沉庭院花園休憩空間。利用(yòng)高(gāo)差轉換配電房(fáng)位置,消除了(le)地面建築形成了(le)連續的(de)全花園系統。提供多(duō)元的(de)停留空間,存納居民休閑活動;配置有多(duō)樣的(de)複合種植,形成尺度舒适、安靜完整的(de)社區(qū)休閑綠地花園。
5、注入社區(qū)文化(huà),建立社區(qū)認同。
以藝術化(huà)的(de)牡丹花圖案作爲地面裝飾,貫穿下(xià)沉花園與中心花園,強化(huà)場(chǎng)所記憶和(hé)社區(qū)自認感。
以貫穿全園的(de)文化(huà)牆,地面,台階,承載可(kě)持續生活理(lǐ)念,心靈對(duì)話(huà)等人(rén)文内涵。系統性地建立社區(qū)居民對(duì)自己家園的(de)認同和(hé)互動關系。

Looking for Peonies in Garden
The project won the first Prize in the 2020 Beijing "Small Space, Big Life - Excellent Design of Microspace Transformation around People".
Design Description
The Mudanyuan community is located in a dense urban residential area, surrounded by five communities. The red line of the site is located between buildings 1 and 2 of Mudanyuan Beili, with an area of about 4,290 square meters. The community was built in the 1990s. The contradiction of motor vehicle parking in the community has led to a serious squeeze on the community public space and public environment, no space for community services and community governance, dangers for residents' safety, community space has seriously failed to meet the requirements of residents' modern life, and social conflicts are increasingly intensified due to the competition for space.
Design strategies.
1、Solve the parking dilemma and give the public space back to the people.
The core problem of motor vehicles is solved by a variety of means, such as underground parking, and parking on auxiliary roads. It can meet the parking demand of 80% of the residents in the community with one car per household.
2、De-clutter the community traffic and ensure the safety of residents.
The renovation and restoration of the circular fire lane between the 1st and 2nd floors, and the opening of the fire lane connection with the Dujing Yuan community on the north side, provide the possibility for the gradual integration of the community in the future. The establishment of a pedestrian bridge system.
Using the original inter-community wall, a one-column overhead pedestrian bridge was set up on the principle of no additional construction and no disturbance to the people, linking the communities by commercial services of Xiao Guanxi backstreet in the north-south direction and relieving the inconvenience caused by the isolation of each community. It serves the whole Mudangyuan community. Creating a sense of stability for the community public space and creating a community space where people can stay. Use the boundary of the community group partition to establish a corridor bridge while providing the available gray space area.
3、Rebuild the community garden system and return the green homes to the residents.
The design of the community garden system consists of a central garden under the forest with concentrated greenery on the ground, a sunken terrace garden between the buildings, a linear garden with interconnected perimeters, and a three-dimensional greening made by the enclosure walls which separate the communities to form a three-dimensional greening level, providing residents with a rich and diverse space for activities and stays.
4、Activate vacant space, serve the community and make the use of the existing property.
The design of the sunken courtyard activates the underground space for the residence, at the same time, it provides a sunken courtyard garden resting space with unique place memory. Change the location of the distribution room by using the height difference, thus the ground building is eliminated to form a continuous full garden system. It provides diversified stay space to store residents' leisure activities; it is equipped with various compound planting to form a community leisure green garden with comfortable scale, quiet and completeness.
5、Injecting community culture and establishing community identity.
Artistic peony patterns are used as ground decoration throughout the sunken garden and the central garden to strengthen the memory of the place and the sense of community self-identification.
The cultural wall, ground and steps throughout the garden represent the concept of sustainable living, spiritual dialogue and other humanistic connotations. It systematically establishes the community residents' identity and interaction with their own home.
