2014年該項目A,C, D三種戶型獲得(de)歐盟綠色建築認證。
2016年該項目獲得(de)加拿大(dà)木(mù)業協會中國優秀文化(huà)旅遊木(mù)結構工程評選優秀設計獎。
在靠近長(cháng)城(chéng)的(de)地方建設将面臨來(lái)自文物(wù)保護控制的(de)風險。這(zhè)條山谷谷口對(duì)著(zhe)長(cháng)城(chéng),谷内生長(cháng)著(zhe)大(dà)量的(de)暴馬丁香花。
隐藏在山谷間的(de)散落式布局,有助于減小整體的(de)建築體量。建築高(gāo)度不超過樹冠,體現了(le)對(duì)環境的(de)尊重。建築深深退後的(de)窗(chuāng)口,能規避反射性眩光(guāng),使得(de)在長(cháng)城(chéng)上不易發現該組建築。同時(shí)對(duì)莽撞的(de)鳥類也(yě)是一個(gè)保護。
建築單元底部架空,爲雨(yǔ)水(shuǐ)讓出通(tōng)道,也(yě)爲植被生長(cháng)留出空間。
大(dà)的(de)室外露台讓人(rén)更親近自然。輕質可(kě)循環材料的(de)使用(yòng),避免了(le)修建機動車道帶來(lái)的(de)山體破壞。後部的(de)客房(fáng)隻能步行到達。
建築良好的(de)保溫系統降低了(le)建築能耗,冬季可(kě)以正常運營。其他(tā)可(kě)持續發展技術運用(yòng)包含生物(wù)質能源、太陽能、自然通(tōng)風以及人(rén)工濕地污水(shuǐ)處理(lǐ)技術的(de)運用(yòng)。
Clove Valley ECO-hotel
In 2014, the hotel A, C and D of the project obtained the EU Green Building Certification.
In 2016, the project won the Excellent Design Award of China Excellent Cultural Tourism Wooden Structure Project by the Canadian Wood Group。
Construction near the Great Wall will face risks from the control of cultural relics protection. The mouth of this valley is facing the Great Wall, and there are a large number of wild Manchurian Lilacs growing in the valley.
The scattered layout hidden in the valley helps to reduce the size of the building. The height of the building does not exceed the tree crown, and the deeply receding windows avoid reflective glare, making them difficult to be found on the Great Wall, also protects reckless birds. Hidden is respect.
The lower part of the units is elevated to make way for rainwater and leave room for vegetation growth.
The large outdoor terrace makes people closer to nature, especially to provide a natural perspective among the canopies.
The use of lightweight recyclable materials avoids the destruction of mountains caused by the construction of motor lane. More than half of the guestrooms are only accessible on foot.
Well-constructed insulation system reduces building energy consumption and can operate normally in cold winter. Other sustainable technology applications include the use of biomass energy, solar energy,natural ventilation,and artificial wetland wastewater treatment technologies etc.
