該項目2013年獲得(de)歐盟綠色建築認證, 并是亞太地區(qū)第一個(gè)歐盟綠色認證項目。
航星技術中心工程爲科研辦公建築, 地上九層地下(xià)三層。
設計秉承可(kě)持續設計理(lǐ)念, 通(tōng)過多(duō)項的(de)技術整合, 實現了(le)低能耗高(gāo)舒适性的(de)建築創造, 其運行能耗将比國内當時(shí)節能法規的(de)要求提高(gāo)30%以上。
該項目是國内大(dà)型辦公建築中最早采用(yòng)結構闆内輻射盤管技術替代傳統空調的(de)項目。巨大(dà)的(de)體量通(tōng)過十字中庭轉換形成氣流通(tōng)道,也(yě)創造了(le)舒适的(de)辦公環境。
項目用(yòng)可(kě)控自然通(tōng)風技術提高(gāo)室内舒适度并降低新風能耗。外牆挂闆采用(yòng)人(rén)工合成技術,原料來(lái)自普通(tōng)石子。
Hang Xing Technology Center
The project received European Green Building certification in 2013 and is the first European Green Building project in Asia Pacific.
The project is a scientific research office building, with nine floors above ground and three underground floors.
Adhering to the concept of sustainable design, through a number of technical integrations, it has obtained low energy consumption and high comfort, and its operating energy consumption decreased more than 30% compared with the standard of domestic energy conservation regulations at that time.
It is also the earliest domestic large-scale office building to use the radiation coil technology inside the structural to replace the traditional air-conditioning. The huge volume is transformed by the cross atrium to form air passages for natural ventilation, which also creates a comfortable interior environment.
The external hanging panel adopts artificial synthesis technology, and the raw materials are from ordinary stones.
