該項目獲得(de)2009年年度中國人(rén)居典範建築規劃最佳設計方案金獎。
這(zhè)是2008汶川地震災後重建項目。在偏遠(yuǎn)的(de)少數民族地區(qū)，地震給社會各方面帶來(lái)了(le)巨大(dà)的(de)傷害。這(zhè)是一個(gè)民族記憶深刻的(de)災難。新的(de)規劃給他(tā)們燃起希望。
規劃沒有照(zhào)搬一般城(chéng)市規劃的(de)做(zuò)法，而是提出以可(kě)持續發展的(de)原則打造一個(gè)羌人(rén)自己的(de)家園。規劃不僅從設計理(lǐ)念、市場(chǎng)運作、民生發展、政府作爲、空間形态、文化(huà)遺産、生态保護等諸多(duō)方面詳加論述，而且具有開放性及靈活性，鼓勵社會多(duō)種資源合作，凸顯出羌人(rén)的(de)文化(huà)特點。提出了(le)政府主導培育，民間自主生長(cháng)，共建魅力故鄉的(de)發展策略。
在總體規劃的(de)指導下(xià)，羌城(chéng)建設逐步展開。經過近10年的(de)發展，目前已成爲當地的(de)文化(huà)名片。
Planning of Qiang City
2009 Gold Award for Best Design of Chinese Habitat Model.
This is the reconstruction project of the 2008 Wenchuan earthquake. In remote ethnic minority areas, the earthquake has caused tremendous damage to all aspects of society. It’s a memorable disaster while the new plan gives them hope.
The plan does not copy the practice of general urban planning, but proposes to build Qiang’s own home based on the principle of sustainable development. The planning not only elaborates on design concepts, market operation, people's livelihood development, government action, spatial form, cultural heritage, ecological protection, etc., but also has openness and flexibility, encourages the cooperation of multiple resources in society, and highlights the Qiang Cultural characteristics. The development strategy of government-led cultivation, private-autonomous growth, and building charming hometown together are proposed.
Under the guidance of the planning, the construction of Qiang City has gradually begun. After nearly 10 years of development, it has become a local cultural business card.
