南(nán)京彙傑文庭住區(qū)


本項目爲中高(gāo)檔低密度住宅區(qū),以“私人(rén)化(huà)空間”與“院落”爲基本主題,強調業主享有更多(duō)的(de)私屬化(huà)空間與景觀。主景觀設計保留了(le)原有濕地的(de)部分(fēn)景觀。保留了(le)用(yòng)地内3米高(gāo)差的(de)地貌特征,形成了(le)獨特的(de)台地景觀,并随景觀布置了(le)人(rén)行主流線,使景觀有了(le)最大(dà)的(de)共享特性。在交通(tōng)設計上,四種不同類型産品的(de)有著(zhe)不同的(de)停車方式。在分(fēn)區(qū)管理(lǐ)上,可(kě)以實現多(duō)級分(fēn)區(qū)管理(lǐ)。

Nanjing Huijiewenting Residential


This project is a low-density residential program. The basic theme is "private space" and "courtyard", emphasizing that the owner enjoys more private space and landscape. The main landscape design retains part of the original wetland and a 3 meters’ height difference topography, forming a unique terrace landscape. The pedestrian route accompanies with the landscape, so that the landscape has the greatest sharing characteristics. In terms of parking route, four different types of residential products have their different parking methods. Multi-level partition management can be implemented.
